Im not to sure how much you can spend but I think the best route for you is to get a hps bulb. Maybe a 250w or a 400w tops. They produce a nice amount of heat. You might be able to use that heat well. You can pick up a whole system for 75-130 bucks on amazon brand new or buy used off ebay or...

cfls do work fine, I use them for veg but for flower i use a hps. I was against hps at first because heat issues but cfls are just as hot if your comparing 400w hps vs 400w cfls. cfls just spread the heat over a larger area. and even though a cfl bulb isnt as hot the base gets fairly warm. Hps...

Im growing some jack widow right now. It split in half as a seedling and has three main stems, only about six inches tall with 5-10 budsites.

Nice grow, but you do need more lights ready. 600w hps and 25 plants, thats like 25w per plant. A little stretchy but looking good.

Your dimensions are the same as my grow box. I am using 19 23w CFLs an a 24" floro for veg and a 400w hps for flower. Im using a 4" inline 190 cfm with a carbon filter and a 4" passive intake for now and its working
