Male? Female? Too early to tell? First timer needs a bit of help...

Lol "Ballsy" is accurate and funny. You lose nothing by letting them grow longer. The pollen sacs shouldn't even begin to open until the balls start growing in in cluster formations.

Brown spots on fan leaves - Photo

Hey there, See that "eagle claw" that's happening? It's where the tips of your fan leaves bend straight down, that's a sign of Nitrogen Toxicity. Those spots could be a PH imbalance or a nutrient deficiency. What is your current PH and PPM in your reservoir?

Help trying to identify this bug

In your "quick reply" bar, at the top, there is a tool bar. It allows you to alter font and inset photos. Select the 4th icon from the left, that looks like a photo of a tree. Use this to insert images in your posts. Try to get close ups of the bugs, catch one and photograph it. Have you...

Male? Female? Too early to tell? First timer needs a bit of help...

Hello there, I'm afraid you have a male on your hands. However as others previously stated, it is very early. You lose nothing from keeping it going a bit longer and seeing if it surprises you and sprouts little female pistils. As you can see in the 5th and 6th photos, the small sex organ is...

Please help - Is this a hermie?

Re: Please Help: Is this a hermie? I only see female calyxes. See the two little white hairs coming out of the bumps on the nodules? Those are female sex organs.

    Why are my plants dying?

Hey there, It looks like you're still in your first few weeks of flower, is that correct? If so, it's much too early for your fan leaves to be yellowing off and dying. Perhaps there is a deficiency as a result of salt build up. Have you tried flushing it with PHed water and then giving it a...

    Clawing down - Why?

Hey there, that "eagle claw" where it's bent down just on the tips of your fan leaves is a sign of nitrogen toxicity. If you aren't root bound, I would suggest flushing with PHed water and then resuming feeding with half strength nutes until your ladies bounce back. I hope this helps and good...
