I would not injest (eat) monopropylene glycol. I would injest (vaporize) it. So, my advice is to not mix them unless you're going to use it exclusively for vaporizing.

I haven't made a vaporizer tincture but this sounds like the right ratio of glycerin/glycol mix. So give it a try. It's about the same mix that is used with nicotine vaporizer mixes.
