What do you recommend for amending soil? Subcool has a guide but the ingredients would likely cost around the same as fresh bags of fox farm. Im curious what all the other big outdoor growers do, especially growers who dont have access to locally mixed soil.

im growing in a pre made pc case i bought from Stealth PC Grow Case, and was wondering if you think it would be better to let them veg out for a week or two before flowering? I know some people like to flower from seed but im not too sure if this is the best way to go.
