I've had a lot of problems... PPMS drifting up over the course of a week.. PH drifting up heavily too.. I think it all comes down to my tap water quality.. or lack thereof. I got a water "quality" report. It doesn't have the same breakdowns as a analysis report, but here it goes...

I backed them down a bit, and let it keep riding hard, and the stems got thick, and the leaves got HUGE.. I moved them over to flower yesterday, and moved the clones on in.

Flush the hell out of that miracle grow pre-ferted mixes. That's what I've done when I use them. I try to wash away as much as I can in the pre-ferted seedling mixes before I've used them.

Re: Fan Leaf Removal... oops There's still a lot of people on other sites, that SWEAR by this, if you have tall plants, and poor penetration of light to the lower sets. I don't personally have feelings about this either way.. just pointing out.. Some people do it, and say it ups the final...

Can we see some pics? I'd say LSTing, or Scrogging them might be the way to go. I've heard of people running 10' plants indoor, that they literally just tied a weight to the end, and kept adding more until it made a 5' tall U shape... I called it the Green Rainbow. Heh.

Actually... If you can get the beans popped, and a root hanging down.. that might not be a bad way to start. They claim that it's superior growth comes from the huge amounts of DO available to the roots.

It's under a 400W MH. I'd think it'd be plenty. What's weird was it started out curling UP first, then down after the tip curled up several times, and I never saw that listed anywhere. I think it was either too high of PPMs or the PH was a tad high when I emptied the res and refilled it.

I seen a few guys poke a shit ton of holes in the bottom, and throw like an inch deep layer of hydroton in them. Said it worked real well, but you needed the airgap for drainage, so use something in there. :)
