    New grower signing on

Tossing my hello into the ring. I'm a newish grower. Grew in the 70s/80s and failed miserably. Started again when it became legal in VA (this summer) and did okay. Looking forward to being a much better grower. Welcome!

    Decoding strain names

Thanks to all of you who took the time to respond. Next season, I'll be more prepared. We did get a couple oz out of the plants we grew in pots and my friend who is going to test it for me has it in her possession. I think as an individual hobby grower who makes edibles rather than smokes, I can...

1st Grow In Coco: 70% With 30% Perlite

Thanks. I hear what you're saying about waiting! I am going to have a couple friends test smoke it for me so I know how successful the grow was. I don't want to go to all the trouble of oil infusion and capsule filling if it's not a good batch. Based on what I smell and see, I'm thinking it's...

1st Grow In Coco: 70% With 30% Perlite

How long is the full cure? I had read that burping was necessary every day, but see you're doing it every other day. I'm still learning - did not not burp till three weeks?

    Moving my post

I'd like to move my post - Plants and some questions - to the grow journal/blog area. It was suggested that posts might be seen and responded to there. I never thought about it till it was mentioned on the thread. Thanks if it can be done. Donna

    Plants and some questions

You definitely helped. I still don't see these exact examples on image searches, but I'm pretty convinced too. We're just growing a few plants for personal uses and, like I mentioned, it's been since the 70s, when we hid plants between corn stalks to not be detected, that we have grown pot. We...
