Does reveging affect it's potency? Or should I remove the leaves and branches?

These are growing outside and getting around 8 1/2 hours of sunlight.

Can anyone help me on this situation? One of my plants has started to develop different shaped leaves. The new leaves have smooth rounded edges unlike the classic tooth shaped edges. Also several new branches that have developed have nothing but this new shaped leaves. See photos. Is this...
