Can you grow in dirt with hydroponic LED LIGHTS? Are they the same as regular LED GRO LIGHTS? Not too sure im getting the right advice.

I'm not sure what type but i know they are 150watts each and i have 2. They were also given to me. The PH in the soil is at 7 and there's a nat problem. Any suggestions on that. Maybe im just over thinking things

Advice on how to help the early veg stage autos and clones. A friend gave them to me and they aren't doing too good in my opinion.
