Shouldn't be too hard at all to crack open and replace the ballast, your local hardware store probably even has the ballast if that's the culprit.

I used a parabolic reflector with a vertical socket with a adapter to run a 315cmh in a 42" parabolic vertically over a single large scrog plant, amazing results. I know that most cmh are meant to be ran vertical, hps/mh usually tend to be ran horizontal. I think for light spread and efficacy...

I've finally got the megacrop dialed in this run! Plus the genetics are much better from this plant that my GG4 was that turned out dismal at best!
