Thanks for the suggestions! Tried the rice inside tent... RH stayed same @ 70+. Will use the fungicide if I notice any Powdery Mildew or Mold.... But I would prefer to eliminate the root cause of my problem ie: The high humidity in the tent. I definitely have moisture issues in my basement...
