Where can you buy Foylon or Mylar? Can you buy it online somewhere?

Where can I buy one, online maybe? I've looked in a few gardening stores but not sure which is best to buy. I saw one for $1.99 and another at Home Depot for $19.99... any suggestions?

I bought some good organic potting soil, wet it down good to make sure it drained well and to release the nutes...I'm germinating the seeds now. Is it ok to pop the germinated seed in this type of soil, then transplant from a small pot to a larger one later?

I appreciate wanting to know more about the specs, etc, and yes warranty and customer service is important too, but the many, many, many impressive testimonials to the success of the Prow Grow 500 and 400 are something I have a hard time arguing with. I still have a little more research to do...
