Did you just put them straight into soil?
While they might grow no one can really say,you would have been better trying to germinate them using the paper towel method rather than soil.
A good way to bend it is to tie some string around the top of the plant below the top bud.
Then tie the other end to a weight and slowly over a few weeks make the string shorter,and it will be ok

Seeds to weed takes me about 9 months in the uk growing outdoors
I start the seeds off in march,harvest in october and bye the time it has dried it is usually about december before I get the chance to test it.
It usually takes about 3-7 days for the seeds to sprout

I have just had an attack of Spidermite but with Neem oil and Ladybirds they should be ok.
They are a little on the thin and scrawny side at the moment but here in the uk it is still not very warm.

For the vegative stage you need to go with the higher level of nitrogen.
In the flowering stage you need Potassium.
