One of the plants I have has just shown as a male after seven weeks. I removed it instantly but will it have infected the other plants? And what could have caused this?
Any one know if it is possible to plant or grow, in any way, the heads that you 'snap' off when topping? They look so ripe for growing and it's a shame to waste them if they can be used. Also, apart from molasses, what cheap alternatives are there to the nutrients for flowering?

Can anyone advise on me what is happening when a plant that has been foliar fed suddenly stops producing heads (tops). The plant was topped for its six weeks and changed to mostly foliar feeding for the last two weeks of the six. Now no more heads are being produced...
Hiya I'm SyC69. grown in the past but it's all changed since I was busy in the early 90's. A question for anyone with a view: once into "flowering" is it better to remove all fan leaves below the lowest flowers/buds and any odd singular ones?
