I saw through the microscope 6 legs and 2 long antenne The pic was taken around 25x to 30x through my microscope. I'll try to get a better pic if i can get one to slow down enough. To the naked eye they look like a small white grain of sand.

I'm finding these in the trays under my plants. they may be in the soil but very hard to see. So far not seeing any on the plant itself. Any advice as to what these are and how to deal with them would be greatly appreciated.
