I prefer bigger buds. Would leaving it for 2 more weeks allow the buds to get bigger? And if yes what % increase should I be expecting?

I dont see seeds on any of the other plants. If I get him out now, would it save my females from being pollinated?

I am giving the plants an 18-6 light cycle which is regulated by an automatic timer switch.
