Is it my understanding that the Michigan law that takes effect on Dec 4 allows me to smoke providing I have a notorized affidavit in lieu of the ID card or do I have to wait the 120 days for the DCH to have it's rules and regulations in place? A little bit of help here! Thanks, Tim & Rene'
