Then it should be illegal for the unemployed and/or disabled to consume either alcohol or cigarettes as well. Since this is not likley to happen as it does infringe on every Americans right to freedom and privacy, it should not apply to medical or recreation use of maijuana either.

Contradictory laws for medical MJ users is insane and ridiculous.
