I agree with SFhaze, you totally can do 14/10. I am currently finishing up a girl in the greenhouse, totally sun powered. Light is now at about 12.5-13 hours a day, she should finish up with around 14/10 in mid april. Seeing how it is a progression of a few minutes a day getting lighter...
