just remember that the state says 49 and the feds say 99 i would stay under the 49 plant count because if im not mistaken it then gets into the feds charging u as well and as we all know it is legal for the state but not the feds

if u have a card u are able to have 2.5 ozs on u at one time so if u are over that amount then no it isnt legal unless u are a caregiver then it goes 2.5 ozs for each patient

did u get a doc rec u need that or it will be denied so make sure u get a doc rec first dont just fill them out and send them in

as far as i know u cant supply pharms and u can only grow 12 plants per patient and u have to have patients in order to even start to grow
