I just recently scored some hash. What I do, is I light it up, then sprinkle it over my bud and roll it into a nice J. Either that, or I pack a nice fat bowl and sprinkle it over my bud.:grinjoint: EDIT: I've never made it though. May try some day.

The tolerance guidelines appear in appendix of the Opium Act. The Opium Act states very clearly that every part of the hemp plant is banned except for the seeds – ^Wikipedia article on Netherlands. Not sure about where you live.

Personally, I sometimes just start working out at home while baked, SOMETIMES. It's really random, sometimes I'll feel like it and sometimes I won't. If I don't feel like it, I just absolutely won't do it. Now, if I DO feel like it, I'm unstoppable. :)
