I got some of that grape detoxifier crap.. Ya think I need it?

I took 1 hit off a pipe on January 8th, and before that it was like 4 months since I smoked any pot. I have to take a drug test next week sometime, and I am wondering if it is at all possible, that 1 hit would still be in my system? Sorry for the ignorant question, i am just alittle worried...
