I have started clarifying my butter to raise the burning point of my butter. I don't carbolyze (sp?) my weed first and instead monitor the temp of my butter with a candy thermometer bringing the butter up to 250% for about 30 minutes or so. I do this in a crockpot with no water... and no lid cuz...
