I'd imagine the stretch should be about over. However I do not use any nutes in veg and I do not flush either. How long were your plants in veg? What size pot? Long veg and small pot they probably needed nutes. Short veg and big pots you may have nute build up needing flushed out...without more detail it's hard to say.

They were in veg a little over a month! I know I vegged them out a little longer than anyone would I’m sure. But had them in solo cups from seed for about a week then 1 gallon, and now their in 5 gallon.

I also transplanted them into their final 5 gallon pots about 2 weeks before switching lights over!

If the only issue you have was the stretch, no nute burn, no lockout then I doubt a flush was needed.

Theres just so many variables from grower to grower, plant to plant, grow to grow. Really the best thing you can do is learn to read your plant, try to change only 1 thing at a time until you perfect your style in your garden.

yeah I agree with ya! I’ve heard from some that the veg their clones for only 2 weeks!! I guess all depends on your grow space and how long your willing to let your plants grow enough to yield enough! I had some nute burns on a few leaves after switching bloom nutrients but after I gave it a couple feedings of ph’d water and lowered the amount I gave it then slowly added more nutes to the mix till they seemed happy! But whatever strain I have must be a heavy yielder since theirs sooo many bud sights and plants are peaking around 6 feet!!! Lmao!

Of course I’m going threw the flower stretch my reasons for concern was the fact I didn’t do a flush and that their still growing like an inch to almost two inches in the night after almost hitting week four! Didn’t know if anyone had an issue before using fox farm grow big being that it is high in nitrogen and could be left over grow big nutes in the soil that is causing it to stretch soo much! I mean I switched to flower when they were about 2 feet tall and now I have colas reaching 6 feet just about to hit ceiling!

My Durban Poison went from 2 ft to 6 ft in a couple weeks. Some plants just stretch more then others.

Sounds like things are going as they should! You’ll get the stretch in the first stage then you’ll notice a slow in growth as your buds start to fatten. Girl will start putting on her “winter coat”. Plant will go into survival mode!!! Bonus for you!

good luck and happy growing!

Fox Farm specifically states to flush at certain times. I’d recommend following the schedule and use the Sledgehammer product, or flush 3x capacity through yer pots.
