Hey Zig, nice to see another lady around here!

So I have a few thoughts and questions...

1. How old of seedlings are we talking?

2. On PPFD, I try to keep them more towards 175-200 then if they are big and doing well, I bump to 225 as soon as they are in the end of that seedling phase transitioning to veg.

3. With PPFD, I use the Photone App, it is a great tool for me and very user friendly for Droid and iPhone

4. Do you have anything you can prop the smaller ones on to even out that canopy PPFD? It will be super helpful to you later just having them all on the same level. Btw, I think that your height is just fine for now at 20 in with the TS3s

5. In regards to size and autos. That is what happens with autos! It's a mixed bag and you just never know! If they are all healthy but some are just smaller than others, consider yourself part of the auto growing club. Sometimes we get huge massive ones, a foot or more over spec and sometimes there are runts. I've yet to have a runt runt, my least yielding auto was just at 2.5 oz when I started growing. I average 4 oz per auto now.

So I do have the Photone app I love it it's amazing but the ladies are at day 9 from since they popped out of the soil. I did go check them quick before lights out this morning and the 3 smaller ones did grow alot over night but still are not equal to my 2 big ones. But they definitely do look better then they have been. Lights go on in just over 2 and a half hours so I will make sure and try and get all the ppfd as close as I can to 175-200!

So this is only my second grow but my first grow from seed. My first grow was some Cherry Pie clones a friend kinda just threw at me one night at a fire and it's been history since lol I ended up having 2 plants and after dried and trimmed walked away with 1.75 lbs all together. But anyways what I'm wondering next is how do I know when the ladies are officially out of seedling stage and officially in veg?

First off, so sorry to hear about your pup! Omg makes me so sad for you, I'm an animal lover and I completely empathize with you!!

Back to plants...
Around 6 or 7 sets of true leaves means you've hit veg and are out of seedling stage. Depends on a number of factors but generally takes 14-30 days. Don't go by time just leaves, though.

Are you on 18/6? You can try 24-0 for faster and bigger growth.

So I only started growing last year but I started with autos. I should mention if you haven't already figured it out, autos don't produce what a photoperiod would in terms of yield but the advantage is they flower on their own and there's not much maintenance needed to them as they remain smaller. There are obviously some autos that grow as big or bigger than photos-some are bred that way some are awesome flukes.

Also, glad you love Photone and will try to even those out, just makes for better growing in my opinion. I stack and prop mine on whatever I can find, wooden blocks, pots, whatever. Doesn't have to be perfect but try to keep that PPFD differential within a closer range between the plants.

Don't be worried about the smaller ones, they'll probably just be smaller. EVERY GROW IS DIFFERENT. Same seeds. Same bank. Same light. Same nutes. Same this. Same that. Every plant has its own thing going on. Try not to base health or vitality of your autos or plants in general by comparative sizing.
