clear cluster fibers

These clear clusters of fibers started showing up on some of my flowers in my indoor grow. I have no idea what they could be. Has anyone else experienced this? It's not excessive but they really stick to the flower and are hard to pull off. Strain - Golden Glue Hybrid # of Plants - 4...
