coco/perl

I have a lot of clones going in random small pots in ffof/happy frog with heavy DE blended in for fungus gnat prevention. I am out of that soil and recently acquired a large quantity of coco/perl... My question is "can I transplant these soil rootballs into 5 gallon grow bags of coco/perl?"...
