ex-veg

Does anyone here run either of these two lights during vegging? I guess I wonder if there is really any real advantage to using the EX-VEG light over the XML for vegging. I mean, the blue spectrum lighting of the EX-VEG sounds good in theory, but I also wonder if a more balanced spectrum...
