r/o dwc hydro

R/o systems make alot of waste water . I would like to know if i set up two 55 gallon buckets. Filled one with tap water, one would be filled with the filtered watwr from the r/o. Using a pump (like the main water like in the house) to supply the r/o. Could i run the waste water back to the tap...
