24hr envirolite timer question.

Afternoon folks, today i recieved my envirolite 24hr timer Envirolite Timer/Contactor - £14.95 : Abergreen, DIY Hydroponics Kits

sadly it didnt come with any instructions, or maybe im just dumb. I want to set my lights to 18on 6off light sched, was just wondering how to do this, im worried ill set it to 6on and 18off.

Hope im not being too much of a noob cake.

I don't have one
But
looks like the trigger tabs are built into the unit.

Turn it on, lift/push down the tab for the current time
then count clockwise till you get to 18 hrs, left/push down that tab.
That sound right? Look right?
