From now on, no action will be taken by law enforcement against cannabis possession for personal use, "except if the use is considered problematic or causes a social nuisance."
No formal weight limit has been established yet, but in future there won't be any presumption of dealing simply based on weight. It is up to prosecutors to prove that possession was not for personal use.
