Good morning @Cannaconnect ,
Not knowing any specifics of your grow room, I can only assume that your inside plants are not getting the growth effects that the outside sun provides. Assuming the food and drink consumption is correct.
I'm looking forward to hearing from some of the smart growers here for their opinion,
