bulb question? is a cfl

i just got a spiral bulb but it says soft white helical? it's 26w that puts out 100w in regular bulbs?but it a flouro cuz it doesnt say cfl?it's says helical 26w?

cfl stands for compact flouresent. Its the bulb you have.

I understand comepletely, too many terms out there that mean the same and nobody knows and just assumes.

iight so i got,one of those and 2 15' flouros i should be good for startin'

of course.when i first tried this out i had 1 shoplight(2 bulbs) and that 1 plant did good.so now im goin with this

my new is startin,now im using a cfl and 2 15'(blacklight regular size)with soft white tubes
