Calgary, Alberta, - An elf made of marijuana is making the rounds in Calgary, and some people are very upset about it.
The elf appears on a coupon that's being delivered to Calgary mailboxes.
Tracey Robertson is a youth minister for the United Church.
She found the coupon in her mailbox advertising for a store called Bongs And Such, a pipe and novelty store.
It offers a 10 percent discount on drug paraphenalia over the Christmas season.
"I was shocked, we always get flyers almost everyday, usually restaurants never once thinking I would get this in the mail."
The owner of Bongs And Such refused our request for an interview, but says he sent out 40,000 of the coupons and has no plans to stop.
What he is doing is not illegal.
