CFL light in pc grow box

In a PC grow, I would suggest 1 plant, a short and wide pot, and train the plant to grow short and wide.
You're also going to want a strong ventilation system to control temps in such a small enclosure.
For lights, I would say 2 to 4 23 watt bulbs for Veg, and 4 to 6 for Flower.
6500K spectrum is best for Veg, 2700K spectrum is best for Flower. I like to use a mix of both spectrums, using mostly 6500K but some 2700K in Veg, and mostly 2700K and some 6500K for Flower.
