It is my understanding that any cannabis business cannot.apply for the CARES Act loans through SBA BECAUSE OF Federal Law.
In Oklahoma, I had to apply for an agricultural license in order to comply to get a Grow Lic. So..if you have an agricultural license could one apply for SBA loan to grow fruits vegetables or even flowers?
