My plant is almost 2 weeks old and unde 4 cfls 19w all equivalent to a 75w they produce 1200 lumens each and I have tin foil for now for reflective surface on walls. The cabinets temperature stays between 75°f to 86°f humidity I get to about 50% every couple hours depending on temprunning a 20/4 on my lights.
Basically wanted to see how I was doing for my first grow.all advice good or bad welcome.

Looks very nice so far! You're on your way!
The humidity levels to shoot for:

Seedlings: 70-80%
Veg: 50-80%
Flower: 40-50%

Although some strains 80% RH might even be too much. Your girls will tell you though.

Keep up the great work!

Got any tricks to keep my humidity up?

I would recommend 5.5 hours dark, or 6 if it is easier.

Little updat cople days later. I moved my plants to a new 4 gallon container of some sand little organic miricle grow and some montain moss mixed together I have topped it and it is just starting to get its nodes I put it from my grow cabniet to outside to get thw 12/12 naturally and go to preflower im anxious to see where this leads. I was wondering how to induce stretching or make the plant start and upward climb.any suggestions let me know

Looking good so far! It should start stretching naturally when it starts flower. Only other way I know to induce stretching is to use a underpowered light above the plant.
