HPS + MH combined worth the power bill?

Just wondering if running a 400w HPS and a 400w MH simultaneously to get a mixed spectrum would be worth the power bill - will it make a noticeable difference in growth or no? It costs $25/mo. to run one 400w lamp... so running two lamps would be $50/mo.

whats 6-8 oz worth to you? since if your an average grower then that's the difference in adding the light. double the coverage/plants/canopy.
