"but the money smells like drugs" what a crock of shit! 92% of all U.S. currency has traces of an illegal substance. This is just an "end around" to get their mitts on some ¢a$h so they piss it away and get new guns and/or "secret squirrel" bullshit (read: waste of taxpayers money)

I'd like to see the waitress not only get HER money back but I hope she sues the shit out of the police department and the police chief civilly. The Lady busted her ass working at a 'choke & puke' and finally gets some sunshine and then these assholes shit on her parade.

How can they, with a straight face, pull this shit? How could you start an investigation on that? A lot of these things I'm reading I am sure if somebody started digging they could find malfeasance.
