The pursuit to make marijuana legally available to Pennsylvanians with medical conditions was the subject of a rally Tuesday in Harrisburg. Senate Bill 3, passed in May, would make it legal for people in need. Montgomery County State Senator, Daylin Leach, a long time advocate of medical marijuana, is asking why House Lawmakers have let the measure stall in committee.

"How can you be a person standing between sick children and their medicine. How can you be a person standing between veterans who have served our country and have post traumatic distress disorder and the medicine that will make them better."

Leach has bipartisan support on Senate Bill 3 from Republican State Rep. Mike Folmer of Lebanon County. Folmer has also sponsored the bill.
