California - Instead of trick or treating, Napa Planning Commission will consider a full agenda at its Halloween night meeting at 7 p.m. today at Napa City Hall. Among the items under consideration are the repeal of the city's medical marijuana ordinance. An item postponed a few weeks ago amid changes at the federal level. Napa Valley Patch previously covered the medical pot issue when it was heard in City Council on Aug. 20. After much debate, council members voted 4-1 to repeal the ordinance. Tonight's measure, if approved, would begin the official process to amend the municipal code to execute the repeal action.
