Multiple Sclerosis is a terrible disease. Those with the disease can suffer muscle weakness, muscle spasms, sometimes worse as it affects the central nervous system leading to paralysis. As a result there are problems in speech, swallowing, and going to the bathroom. Also, there can be chronic pain. One way to deal with chronic pain is through the use of medicinal marijuana.

Last year, John Ray Wilson of Franklin Township, N.J. was growing marijuana in his backyard. A helicopter spotted the garden and called the police. Now, he faces up to 20 years in prison for the first-degree maintaining or operating a drug-production facility.

State Senators Nicholas Scutari and Raymond Lesniak are urging Governor John Corzine to have the charge dropped against Wilson.

Superior Court Judge Robert Reed said that Wilson could not reference his M.S. in the trial. It's up to New Jersey legislators to change the law.

His trial is set for this Friday.

I never pray for anything, it don't work! But giving him support and help would be a better idea.....another example of the stupidity by ignorant dumbass law makers.
Now what about that stuff that the Obama admin say about leaving MM users alone? In this case I would hope they take that in to great consideration!!!!!!!!!

you are absolutely correct stonedrock support does a lot more than prayers.that guy needs to have local mind liked people go out and show some support and voice some outrage over this. Just the fact that the judge ordered them not to reference his M.S. is absolutely asinine. if the guy didnt have M.S. he wouldn't be growing meds...so now he can't even defend himself to the fullest of his ability. judge knows as soon as the jury hears M.S. they're gonna acquit him faster than they did O.J. system is too corrupt too fix.
