Small veg room want to use led lights please help

I want to start veggin with led because I have a very small veg cabinet... It seems like I will be able to control heat easy... I want to first try with a small led like in about a 2x2x3 cabinet if anyone knows a led panel that's kinda cheap but will work for veg in this small of a space.. I want to put one panel over top and maybe one running vertical... What do you guys think please let me no I only used hps n cfls. I want to try new things lmk and here's a pic of the veg room

That how it is now. I'm going to line it with foil or paint white please tell me what you think

A flat white paint, preferably latex bases so the moisture doesn't effect the wood, will work fine. If i remember correctly Sara has a rather cheap 150 watt panel that should work nicely in that space, just keep an eye on the temps.
