I have Gray Mold and three weeks left ti flower. Any iders on a treatment? Help

Unfortunately there is not much you can do, other than cut the moldy parts off and try and salvage the rest. I have heard of making oil with the moldy buds also, because the heat kills off the mold spores. I would do a google search first.
You can still spray the leaves with Serenade. That has worked well for me. Use a narrow stream and try to avoid hitting the buds. Also, at 3 weeks from harvest, I think you can still burn some sulphur without ruining the taste. I've been told that 3 weeks out is the last possible time though. I did it myself about a month from harvest with no ill effect. Lastly, keep your relative humidity below 60% (and I think that closer to 50% is preferable) with a dehumidifier. If nothing else, use the Serenade.
