What causes someome to vomit after smoking marijuana

My older brother has smoked marijuana about a dozen times in his life. He has only smoked twice in 4 years and both times where with me, he vomited both times after smoking. Why is that? I've never vomited once when smoking marijuana in 7 years of daily use

It could be low blood sugar or just getting too high. Once you start spinning, it's all over man. I used to ralph when I would rip the big bong when I first started smoking. But I would usually puke and rally, lol
