What kind of pest? Maybe a little bigger than a head of a pin

Have had these on and off for a while. Looked like big pieces of dust flying around from the fan at first ... Didn’t realize there was this many in the tent until I put sticky traps out . Just trying to figure out what they are and if they are harmful ... Put down sand and sticky traps. Not seeing them now but they’re turning up on the traps here and there.
