First timer needs help please

I Am new to the site and would appreciate some advice I'm growing grape ape they germinated 6 days ago and I have potted them in cups size pots. For being the same strain some have started there 2nd lot of leaves and are nice size and 2 of them are still small and only just starting to shoot 2nd lot of leaves??? I'm confused why they are slower? Oh and another thing on one set of leaves on slow grower one leave has come out and other hasn't?

Augrowr on at pack it states 8 weeks that means how long u leave them in flowering not 8 weeks then flower. 4/5 weeks veg is plenty lol

Mine are auto flowering feminized crosses... They just began flowering right on schedule. :)



That's the first plant, but the others are beginning too... These are Cali Connection seeds given to me by my coop. :yummy:
