Just used 1/2 tsp cinnamon per litre
1/2 tsp pure organic coconut water
4 drops of org. neem oil (concentrated)
1/2 tsp Fresh aloe gel

Stir until well mixed..
Strain or scoop floaters out, and pour in mist bottle
