Bud and Stem Tea

Cut up all stems into tiny pieces (smash up if you'd like for better extraction)
Grind up all bud you want to put in.
Now you can either empty out tea bags and put all of this stuff in there and re staple the bag OR just put it straight in the water and filter it through a coffee filter works either way.
Fill pot with water and dump the stuff in cold. You want the THC to warm up with the water not be shocked you lose a lot of THC that way. Bring water to a boil for a minute, then let simmer. Stir occasionally, once you see an oil layer at the top of the water bring back to a boil. Repeat this 3 times. Then re-boil all of the material in fresh water for a proper full extraction.

It will work if you just boil it for a second but this is the full extraction method for me.

I add sugar or maple syrup to the mug to sweeten it all up.
