Hope this question makes sence, Im using a ec pen instead of cap full guessing, so if i take a gallon of water and add say 3/2/1 that has been premixed in another container I add to water till I get desired ec, say 1.4. if this is true the if i had 2 gallons of water at 1.4 and watered plant...
dont mind me asking, what changed your mind on the light schedule, Ive always been 24/0 12/12.but im seriously old school also, or maybe just old lol. One thing Ive learned though is new ideas are a good thing
going to make the jump to coco , two questions , the Mycorrhizae , is this added as a water
nutrient , if so how much . ive got seedling just started in a seed soil mix, I am going to presume
it will be okay transplanting this to my coco mix. thanks
think my next adjustment is reading soil ph. currently i use pool test strips for all watering and nutes.use a 3 way tester which is probably not the best, have tried using the kits you mix the soil with, no avail. Give me some ideas on how to better test the soil.
got a small grow started , enough fox farm for this, gonna get real serious about making my own soil, gardened for most my life and it seems like the premade soils are a little harder to feed, my problem is im not a reader or calculater , i just try shit and gog lol,
i use fox farm . second time through i did ad a super soil additive, did not seem to make a difference, i do compost for the veg garden and was planning on adding old soil to that , if im reading right i use my compost, add the bulk n.p.k and that will end up cooking a super soil ?
