There is less THC... probably none, however there are some of the other CB chemicals. Thats what gives you the heavy stone that the resin will. It will get you stoned, but its nasty.

It is a high, just less THC and more CB_s. Its not just cutting off oxygen. Its tar but it does have some psychoactive properties still left in it. Still tar though.

Only 13 of our states currently have medical marijuana laws in effect... All of those states require you to be a citizen. Sorry!

Resin is just tar with leftover thc in it... Smoking it is intensely disgusting.... and bad for you.

Hold on now. Obama never promised change of the legislation regarding marijuana in general as the original poster said. While Obama might not come out and say "Yeah lets legalize, dude!!!" He still has shown support for legalization for medical use. These kind of things don't happen overnight.
